Short Summary:Evaluation of two year partnership programme.
Details:This Paul Hamlyn Foundation and Arts Council Wales funded ArtWorks Cymru programme was led by a partnership of 26 participatory arts organisations and artists. Key findings included: a distributed leadership model and partnership structure successfully created strong sector ownership; key assets and resources were developed; and quality work has fed into the work of other organisations, including Arts Council of Wales.
