Learning from an apprenticeship mentoring and placement project.
Tested the creation of a framework in Cornwall encouraging more experienced artists to provide routes into participatory work for younger or emerging artists. Associated seminar involving a broad cross section of participatory artists evidenced real appetite for opportunities for artists to meet, exchange ideas and possibilities, set up new ventures and collaborations, share challenges and problem solve jointly.
