The session is chaired by Talia Randall.

Closing panel – reflections on People Place Power. Featuring contributions by five delegates; Sir Nicholas Serota Chair of Arts Council England; Anne Torreggiani of The Audience Agency; Parminder Dosanhj from Creative Black Country and Quddous Ahmed of Poetical Word. Chaired by Talia Randall.
